United Kingdom Delivery
The delivery cost for the UK is show within the purchase page in our online shop. We deliver UK orders via Royal Mail or our Delivery Drivers. We chose Royal Mail because they offer a quality service, parcel tracking and competitive prices. We aim to pack and send orders the next working day. We are open Monday to Friday and closed at weekends and during Public Holidays. We do our best to deliver quickly and efficiently. If there is a delay, we will try to inform you by email. Shipping fee also includes Handling and Packaging. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems and we will be happy to help.

What happens if I have damaged or incorrect products ?
Mistakes happen. We’re all human. So, if you received an incorrect product, we will work with you to get the correct items sent out without any cost to you.
We apologise that you have received a damaged product. We require that all damaged or incorrect merchandise claims be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date. We reserve the right to deny any requests submitted after this period.
